"OSDM that actually sounds old-school. I’m not one to complain about such things, but it’s impossible to deny that Dalisay has a firm grasp on that late 80’s/early 90’s sound, enough that I probably could have been convinced this came out around the same time as Scream Bloody Gore or Altars of Madness had I not already known it was out this week. It’s death metal with a thrashy, “oops we made prog because our understanding of songwriting is much more tenuous than our ability to riff” thing going on, and it’s pretty sweet. 9/15/21 (Spear)"
